Auslan - Sign Language
Beginners - Covers the basics of Auslan, the recognized language of the Australian deaf community. Ideal for those wishing to communicate with other signers socially and for service providers such as medical, police, emergency and welfare workers. Covers numbers, the alphabet and approximately 150 everyday signs. Req: Pad and pen. Participants are encouraged to purchase AUSLAN Dictionary (available from the Monash University Bookshop).
