Who can enrol?
MSA Card: MSA Cards are sold by the Monash Student Association and entitle holders to a range of discounted services and products on campus. Cards may be purchased by Monash students and staff for a cost of $20. see MSA Card website for details.
Concession Discount: The concession discount applies to Monash students, staff and alumni, CSIRO staff, Health Care Card holders, tertiary/secondary students and Seniors Card holders. Enrollees applying for a concession price will need to present the relevant ID card at the time of enrolment and commencement of course.
Course Fees under the New Tax System (GST): We are required to apply Goods and Services Tax (GST) on all courses not defined as an “education course” in the Goods and Services Tax Act 1998. The prices in this document reflect GST where applicable.

How to enrol
In Person: print out and complete the enrolment form and return with full payment to the Monash Short Courses Centre, Building 51, Monash University, Clayton campus. (Note: the enrolment form is in PDF format. This requires the use of Adobe's Acrobat Reader)
By Mail: print out and complete the enrolment form and send with full payment and a stamped, self-addressed envelope. We will mail you a confirmation of enrolment and full course details. Don't forget to fill in your full card details if paying by credit card. Cheques and money orders should be made payable to 'Monash Short Courses Centre'. (Note: the enrolment form is in PDF format. This requires the use of Adobe's Acrobat Reader)
By Phone: Please ensure you have read all the enrolment conditions, then call our bookings line on 9905 3180 with your credit card details to enrol over the phone. Confirmation of enrolment and your receipt will be posted out to you.
Online: complete our online enrolment form and we will telephone you to confirm your booking. At present, we do not have facilities for secure online transactions, so your credit card details will not be requested until we call to confirm your booking. Please only use the online enrolment form if you intend to pay via credit card over the phone when we call to confirm your booking.
Late EnrolmentsEnrolments should be received at least one week before the start of a class. Please contact the Centre if you would like to submit a late enrolment. Please phone to check enrolment details if a letter of confirmation has not been received.

Refunds and Transfers
Please check all dates, times, location, and course details carefully before you enrol.
An administrative charge of $35.00 applies to all transfers. All transfers must be taken within a 12 month period.
An administrative charge of $60.00 applies to all refunds.
Please note: With less than 7 days written notice, transfers or refunds will not be issued under any circumstances
Course CancellationsAs we are a non-profit organisation, classes with low enrolments may be cancelled. Enrolled students will be given at least 3 days notice in the event of a course being cancelled or postponed. In the event of this happening, enrolees will be eligible for a full refund.
Code of behaviourParticipants who do not comply with our Code of Behaviour may be excluded from class. In such instances, refunds/transfers will not be available.
