VoiceChristopher John Snow trained at the Drama Centre London and has been a voice teacher for 25 years. The course will cover contemporary exercises for relaxation, breathing, voice quality, vowels and consonants, public speaking and speaking from a script. This course shows you the publishing process for books and magazines from developing an idea through to working with a publisher, learn about where to find contacts in the writing industry, how to write a book proposal and what tricks will give you the edge on the competition. The course also shares some ideas about royalties, contracts and payments. You can also gain some insight into writing online sources. You will leave this course with a first draft of a book proposal ready to go! 101PUBLA: Tues/Wed 6-9pm, 2 sessions on 16 & 17 March Writing Stories for ChildrenDo you have an idea for a children’s story that you would like to develop into a book? This course would suit those who want to write for publication as well as those who simply want to share a story with children, grandchildren or someone special. Essay Writing will assist anyone studying at university, completing VCE or interested in the media. Learn how to engage a wide audience in a clear and precise manner.
